• Copy of Financial Statements* (Provided in Excel, Word and/or readable PDF format)
• Project Coordinator must activate the role of FS Submitter to Michael Sczekan & Co. via the REAC Online Systems
• Submission must be reviewed and approved by project coordinator prior to completion

* Submitted financial statements must comply with the Uniform Financial Reporting Standards for HUD Housing Programs.
